Monday news in Mid September of 2012

It isn't a secret that some Western factions and some individuals in Israel want to attack Iran soon. I hope to God that war in Iran doesn't happen, but others want a war (especially the neo-conservatives and other radicals). There is no evidence that Iran has a nuclear weapon that is operational, but some Americans still feel the need for Israel or America to strike at Iran. An U.S. aircraft carrier passed through the Strait of Hormuz saying that the ship is the first line of defence in case of non-nuclear armed Iran decided to rein down "terror" on nuclear armed Israel (in response to any first strike attack on Iran by Tel Aviv). There are U.S. military bases encircling Iran and other neighboring countries. Yet, Iran isn't some threat to world peace. Iran isn't perfect, but imperfection doesn't merit some full scale invasion of Iran. A bombing of Iran will cause a widespread Middle Eastern war since Iran will retaliate. William Blum is a historian. He wrote that since 1945, the U.S. attempted to overthrow more than 50 governments. Most of these governments were democratically elected. It tried to suppress a populist or national movement in 20 countries. It interfered grossly in democratic elections in at least 30 countries. It assassinated more than 50 foreign leaders. It dropped bombs on people in more than 30 nations. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu believes that Iran is destabilizing the world and its aggression must cease. Netanyahu omits that Mahoud Ahmajahead never said that Israel should be destroyed off the face of the Earth, but people in Israel should decide its political fate. There has been assassinations of nuclear scientists in Iran. There has been cyber attacks in Iran and the funding of anti-government militias in Iran. These acts try to destabilize Iran and it's a part of Western strategies waged against Tehran by U.S., Mossad, the CIA, or MI6. The West instigated terror in Pakistan, Libya, Afghanistan, and Iraq. I am opposed to militarism and imperialism. Corporate cartels and other financial institutions want to dominate the world with their tax havens. The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) may also be crying wolf over Iran’s intention to acquire a nuclear weapon, which is hardly surprising given that a US diplomatic cable released by WikiLeaks describes the Director General of the IAEA Yukiya Amano as “solidly in the US court” and “ready for prime time.” The deaths of the 4 American diplomats ought to be condemned, but we shouldn't omit imperialism. Now, we see the CIA as confirmed by the NY Times in June of 2012 that presented information on how the CIA is said to have aided the steering of arms to the Syrian opposition. There are CIA officers in southern Turkey that provide arms to opponents of the Syrian government. The are diverse factions advocating this war mongering and they intersect in their common interests. Some say don't apologize. A great man always apologize for doing evil. Just because we apologize at some point in our lives, doesn't mean we are weak or we condone extremist behavior. We want to correct behaviors by our apologize. I do apologize to the peoples of the world and to Almighty God for the errors of Western policies.

The Chicago teachers union seem to be close to a deal involving the strike. The strike continues into its second week. The union bosses and the city officials will strike a deal. The final details aren't known yet. Unions in Chicago and all over America represent a bulwark against a total reactionary system in America. Sometimes, the compromise will have corporate power plays in them. The recent Chicago school teachers' strike came means months of discussions produced stalemate. On September 10, 2012, Chicago teachers walked out. The Board of Education and the Chicago Public Schools officials spurned the teachers on key issues. Public education is a key part of American society. Having an education is a fundamental human right. Reactionaries are trying to even cut Head Start and federal funding for Pre-K education (which people from across the political spectrum believe can decrease the achievement gap and cause long term educational development among students). Public education shouldn't be some business profit center. Education should be all about educating children and students. Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel supports the DLC Democratic model of charter schools and a slow ending of modern day public edcuation. The problem is that schools shouldn't be treated as a business. They are instruments of teaching and learning where students have the supreme priority. Profiteers shouldn't economic exploit schools at all. Also, teachers who work grealty ought to have decent pay and benefits that will benefit the kids of Chicago. Grassroots efforts are needs to help our society too. There seems to be an agreement between the Chicago Teachers Union (CTU) President Karen Lewis and other people. Karen Lewis wants the House of Delegates to approve a deal fast. They’re the CTU’s governing body. Members elect them. They number over 700. Every city school is represented. The catch is the union members will have a final say, but their votes will take days. If strike action ends and classes resume, a deal could possibly not be made. Karen Lewis that both sides agreed with creative thinking and other things that both sides are comfortable with. Although, education is beyond stuff. It's about the comprehensive teaching, learning, and preparing students to move on into society after graduation. The compromise will be something that Emanuel will mostly agree with. The most important thing is that students, teachers, and all Chicagoans should have real power. The principles of the compromise aren't known yet to the wider public. We don't know about the firing of teachers, seniority rights, teacher evaluations, school closures, etc. Most of us want the same solutions in our struggle for educational improvement. Most of us want classrooms that are not too cold or too hot, we want manageable class sizes, we want legitimate pay plus benefits for teachers too. The teachers have a right to strike as any human being has the right to express legitimate grievances via free speech. Mayor Emanuel has praised the proposed deal. The problem with Rahm is that he agrees with the same privatization agenda against public education that the Republicans agree with. Even Arne Duncan made the crash, bigoted remark that Katrina was the best thing to happen to education in New Orleans. Being against school privatization and corporate education reform are great ways of living life indeed.

1945 was the end of World War II. By January 1-17, 1945, the Germans withdrew from the Ardennes. The U.S. 1st and 3rd Armies link up after a month long separation during the Battle of the Budge during January 16, 1945. The Soviets continues to capture previously Nazi territory. The Soviet troops capture Warsaw, Poland on January 17, 1945. Soviet troops even liberate Auschwitz by January 26, 1945. Later, Roosevelt, Churchill, and Stalin meet at Yalta. The Yalta meeting occures from February 4-11, 1945. The Yalta Coneference was held in the Livadia Palace near Yalta (in the Crimea). There were many other people present in the Yalta Conference. Their names include Field Marshall Sir Alan Brooke, Fleet Admiral Ernest King, Fleet Admiral William D. Leahy, General of the Army George Marshall, Major General Laurence S. Kuter, General Aleksei Antonov, Vice Admiral Stephan Kucherov, and Admiral of the Fleet Nikolay Kuznetsov. The conference wanted to deal with how to deal with post-war Europe politically and economically.Yalta was controversial in that some people felt that the Yalta conference was too accommodating to the Soviet Union. Churchill believed that Stalin was a devil-like tyrant promoting a vile system. Later on, Winston Chruchill will describe the Soviet Union as of course casting an Iron Curtain across the eastern section of Europe after WWII. Roosevelt felt that Stalin could be worked with in order for the world to embrace democracy and peace. Roosevelt wanted Stalin to join in the United Nations. Yet, Roosevelt wanted the Soviets to support American Pacific involvement in its war against Japan. Churchill wanted free elections and democratic governments in Eastern and Central Europe (like Poland). Stalin wanted a Soviet sphere of influence in Eastern and Central Europe (so the Soviet Union can increase its national security agenda). The Yalta Conference wanted the Nazis to unconditionally surrender and divide Germany plus Berlin up into four occupied zones. America and Britain would make France an occupation zone. The question of Poland will be discussed. The USSR will be in the United Nations. Stalin agreed to fight the Empire of Japan within 90 days after the defeat of the defeat of Germany. Dresden was destroyed by a firestorm after the Allied bombing raids. Dresden being bombed was a war crime, because innocent men, women, and children were basically exterminated as a result of the bombings. This happened in February 13-14, 1945. The last German offensive of the war begins to defend oil fields in Hungary by March of 1945. The Allies move on into Europe to take Cologne and form a bridge across the Rhine at Remagen. By the end of March the Soviet troops capture Danzig. April of 1945 caused tons of developments during WWII.

Bob Marley is not only a hero for black people, but a hero for all people. He inspired tons of people the entire world with his actions and music. He not only talked the talk, but he walked the walked via his activism, travels, and contributions to the world. Bob Marley is one of the few men on Earth that have universal appeal and respect by the vast majority of people in the Western Hemisphere including the world. Bob Marley believed in equality for all peoples, but he never wavered from his pan-Africanist stance. He wanted to be God's side and he expressed a great deal of love and appreciation of Africa. Jamaica loved Bob Marley and he was a man that was accepted by people in the world over. He preached the message of black unity and Rastafari. It is said that before he died that he converted to Orthodox Christianity. He lived a short time on Earth from February 6, 1945 to May 11, 1981. He helped to spread modern reggae music to the world. He has 11 children. His album including the Wailers Exodus was one of the most famous albums of the 20th century. He called himself a black African. Of course, he was of mixed heritage, but the brother had the right to call himself a black African if he wants to. He was heavily influenced by Marcus Garvey and Haile Selassie, who are two very important figures of the black liberation struggle. Bob Marley expressed music about exposing black people's oppression from the West (or Babylon). He wanted black people to repatriate to Zion (or Ethiopia or Africa in general). "Redemption Song" is probably his greatest record. The song called for human beings to end mental slavery and some of the lyrics came from the Pan-Africanist orator Marcus Garvey. Bob Marley was a master of using an acoustic guitar, so he would perform the song entitled, "Redemption Song" via the use an acoustic guitar. According to his wife, Rita Marley, "...he was already secretly in a lot of pain and dealt with his own mortality, a feature that is clearly apparent in the album, particularly in this song." Redemption song carries a huge impact throughout the world, because human beings of every background use the song as motivating factors in promoting legitimate political/social causes. His last album was called Uprising. It was created in 1980. Bob Marley only lived 36, but he evidently advocates the triumph concepts of equality, freedom, fights against poverty, an anti-colonial mentality, and African unity. That is why I know tons of people (both blacks and non-blacks) loving Bob Marley and his legacy that he brought to the human family. Now, as brothers and sisters we should tell our story. Far too often, our oppressors distort our true history from Kemet to West Africa. Yet, we live in a new generation that can make massive improvements in the world. If we as blacks want to be liberated, we have to promote love for our black people. Without black love, black people will be extinct. Black love is regularly targeted by Hollywood, the mainstream media, and other instruments. On the other hand, more and more black people are waking up. Black Love is one solution out of many that we can embrace in order for us to create more progress in the globe. We must follow truth and not the neo-con's exploitation of personal responsibility as a means for the neo-cons to promote poverty wages (when Denmark has a minimum wage of $16.65, which is taboo in America), social and economic exclusion, homelessness, and economic violence. Likewise, we should do something constructive with our lives too. We have the right to speak and write, but we should act as well. We should never use slavery as an excuse to do evil intentionally. We should always use slavery as an excuse to promote justice and reparations for our people instead. We should never get over it. We should always respect the brothers doing the right thing with the warrior mentality of our ancestors. Also, we should love and appreciate the black sisters fighting for justice too. A real man uplifts the women of his people, so we should permanently uplift the strength and wisdom of black women period. When a man uplifts a woman (and works with a woman in fighting for the truth), a man becomes more confident and stronger to do better. When a person performs righteousness in society, that person will grow spiritually and become more humble in acknowledging the value of all peoples in the world. Bob Marley said it plain in his call for Africa to unite, so it's our job to promote more black African unity in the world.

"Tares Among the Wheat" is a new religious DVD that describes about Biblical criticism. I knew of this subject for years especially during 2002. During 2002, I first learned about theological history and controversial religious information in a more detailed fashion. Chris Pinto did an excellent work in exposing the nefarious work of the Jesuits in trying to distort what true theological power is all about. The Jesuits was created in the early 1500's by Ignatius Loyola. Their goal then and now is to crush the influence of the Protestant Reformation. The documentary says that the modern Vatican was established in 606 A.D. The movie is long in lasting for a little over 2.5 hours. They found that a Greek paleongrapher named Constantine Simonides said that the Codex Sinaiticus manuscript was created by him in 1840. The good news about Chris Pinto is that he utilized tons of sources and newly discovered information in order to validate the view that the Counter Reformation utilized fragrantly corrupted manuscripts as an excuse to promote a theology compatible with the Vatican. The DVD talks about the pro-Vatican Oxford Movement and the Jesuit origins of higher criticism. What is higher criticism? Higher criticism is the study of the validity or accuracy of biblical texts plainly speaking. It talks about Westcott and Hort as well. The DVD featured PhDs and other religious experts. It's not a secret that globalism and a religious domination under the Vatican/Jesuit network is an old goal. Nothing is new under the sun. I believe that the DVD is a great spiritual and educational tool for individuals that seek to know more about the history of the Bible and the Jesuits indeed. In the final analysis, the enemies of truth will always denigrate the works of the faithful followers of God. Yet, it our duty to promote the truth, speak the truth, and adhere to the real Gospel. The only begotten Son of God would certainly be happy if we treat our neighbors as ourselves and focus on real discernment to benefit the human race in general.
